I bought two openers last year for friends, to replace the crappy "knock offs" that were mounted on their decks, when they bought their houses. We have opened plenty of bottles since those two Brown Mfg. Company openers were mounted last year....never has a bottle not opened the first time with only one hand !! No jimmying, prying or using two hands to get the bottle in there "just right"....with the STARR "X" it's first time every time !!!

I ordered the beer bottle opener to install it on a sailboat just inside the cabin. All other kinds of openers get lost or end up in someone else's pocket. Wall mounted openers also have the advantage of leaving one hand free to brace your body against the motion of the boat while using the other arm to open your beer! Thanks for still making them!
